4. Defining the Administration and management of the academy – it is going to be an online academy with tutors within the region and training points at different telecentres or centres within the region

5. Assessment and examination procedures: how are they going to be eg are they objective which are marked by the system? There is need to develop a clear continuous assessment of trained people

6. Build the necessary collaborations and partnerships with other institutions eg telecentre.org and other institutions interest in the academy

7. Gazette physical training and examination centres for face to face activities

8. There is need to have a training of trainers and supervisors, they must be well trained people based at these centres

9. There should be peer to peer learning system of the trainers and trainees

14. Remittance system for all centres: how do we put in place the payment structure and how to remit money back to the training centres. Can training centres be paid directly
