What is the role of national networks?

1. They will be the key contact point for the academy in the respective countries

2. Carry out continuous Training Needs Assessment for their communities

3. Promotion the academy through online on the websites or through the forums in their respective countries

4. Will identify the training centres that will be gazette for the training

5. They will help to identify participants for the academy

6. Responsible for the face to face training and examination centres

7. Participate into training programme improvement and bring in recommendations

8. Help in the certification of entry credentials of participants in the training sessions

9. Look at Remittance system: When developing the system, the financial management system will be clearly outline within the system

10. Follow up: Monitoring and supervising of the programme at national level eg monitoring the centres

11. Recording and assessing the impact of the programme

12. Identify key people who need subsidized training programmes ie the scholarships will help in the promotion of the academy

13. Identify potential institutions that would benefit from the training

14. The documentation teams at the national level. Following up on the cases of beneficiaries from the academy

15. The social enterprise team should work closely with the academy team to market the academy
